About the Library

The Boynton Middle School Library is located in the center of the school's academic area and circulates over 13,000 materials, including books, magazines, and electronic resources like eBooks and audiobooks. It is open to students, staff, and the Boynton community daily from 8:30 AM until 3:25 PM. Students may come to the library with a class, from study hall or lunch with a pass, and before school.

Our vision is that the Phyllis B. Brodhead Library is a place where all students feel welcomed and respected, learning is always happening, curiosity is refreshed, students are supported in their school work and personal interests, the very best books for young readers are available and circulate often, and teachers and students find support, information, and resources.

Our mission is to fulfill our vision and teach the skills and joys of lifelong learning to all students and staff members in every way we can.
